Islamabad, 27 July 2022 (TDI): Executive Council Members of the Global Business Alliance met with the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to discuss the promotion of business and trade partnerships with their counterparts from Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, Ambassador Atadjan Movlamov shared a comprehensive information presentation with the visiting delegation members. He has highlighted the milestones achieved during the past 30 years of Diplomatic relations. During the discussion, Ambassador also shared the opportunities for trade and business with Turkmenistan counterparts.
Ambassador Atadjan, who is also Dean of Diplomatic Corps, briefed the delegation and responded to various questions from the delegation about the ways to explore diverse sectors that Pakistani businesses can cooperate with their counterparts in the business in Turkmenistan.

The year 2021 has been unanimously declared by the UNGA through a resolution initiated by Turkmenistan as the International Year of Peace and Trust. This was a visionary and forward-looking approach as the world is battling the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan.
