WASHINGTON (TDI): As Election Day draws near, U.S. presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are making a final push to secure voter support, each targeting specific groups and issues.
Both candidates are in a sprint across crucial battleground states, with Harris campaigning in Pennsylvania today while Trump visits North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
According to BBC reports, their closing messages reflect stark contrasts.
On Sunday, Harris pledged to do everything in her power to “end the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip,” focusing on engagement with Arab-American voters concerned about U.S. policy in the region.
At Michigan State University, she emphasized the need for unity and a positive vision for the future, urging voters to reject the divisive politics of the previous administration.

In contrast, Trump is rallying in key swing states, adopting a combative stance against the media and political adversaries.
He stirred controversy by suggesting he wouldn’t mind if journalists were harmed and labeled Democrats as “demonic,” while making unsubstantiated claims of election fraud in Pennsylvania.

With polls indicating a tight race and over 75 million ballots already cast, both candidates face significant challenges: Harris is contending with a decline in Black voter support, while Trump is facing skepticism over his election fraud allegations.
Each candidate’s ability to energize their respective bases could ultimately decide the election outcome.
