Islamabad (TDI): Diplomatic Insight Group (DIG) has become a Certified Partner of China’s Xinhua News Agency, under its prestigious Global South Media and Think Tank Joint Communication Partnership Program.

This partnership entails the amplification of the voices of Global South through Xinhua’s massive readership across the world. It is China’s largest news agency and stands out for publications in multiple languages.

Meanwhile DIG is a consortium of multiple media, research, and business entities, including The Diplomatic Insight (TDI), Global News Pakistan (GNP), Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS), Belt and Road Consultants, Global Business Alliance, and Diplomatic Insight Publishers.

The partnership will allow sharing of news content, exclusive news reports, and opinion articles, while maintaining authenticity and copyright integrity. It will keep the two platforms connected through joint communication.

It will also cement DIG’s participation in the Global South Media and Think Tank Forum, along with multiple workshops and training programs hosted by Xinhua.

These events enable networking among Xinhua’s Global South partners and forge sustainable relationships to share expertise, strengthen professional capacity, and build consensus on key Global South issues.

CEO of Diplomatic Insight Group, Muhammad Asif Noor, received the official document from the Deputy Bureau Chief of Xinhua News Agency in Pakistan, Jamil Bhatti.

This initiated the joint and coordinated multilingual news operations between DIG’s media entities and Xinhua. Both platforms will benefit from each other’s expertise and on-ground presence.

Speaking at the occasion, CEO Asif Noor said, “We are delighted to be entering this partnership with Xinhua. People in China and Pakistan are very keen to read perspectives from each other’s country, and we believe this partnership will make that happen.”

“This is a special moment for Diplomatic Insight Group. Our journey speaks for itself and partnering with Xinhua elevates our platforms and endorses our vision of authentic, objective, and value-driven reporting,” he further said.
