Havana, 21 August, 2021 (TDI): The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez P. congratulated Félix Plasencia González , on his appointment as the new Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations of Venezuela. He wished success for the new minister, while expressing great enthusiasm for further strengthening the bilateral ties between the two states.
