Nairobi, 18 September 2021(TDI): Ernesto Gomez Diaz, outgoing Ambassador of the Cuban Republic had a courtesy call with Raychelle Omamo, Cabinet Secretary of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya at Nairobi.
The Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs Raychelle Omamo was grateful to Ernesto Gomez for enhancing positive relations between Kenya and Cuba. Both Cabinet Secretary and Cuban Ambassador discussed bilateral relations and mutual interests at regional and international levels.
Kenya and Cuba share excellent diplomatic relations since 2001 when Kenyan President made an official visit to Cuba and was warmly received with many mutual future projects.
