June 9, 2021: Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong met Chairman of Senator H. E Mr. Saadiq Sanjrani and Senator Kahuda Babar Baloch and exchanged views on parliamentary cooperation and Gwadar development.
The Chinese Ambassador said that the development of Gwadar will implement more social-economic cooperation in Balochistan. Further, he said that the CPEC projects for Gwadar Port City have been completed ahead of time.
The Gwadar Port and CPEC project will not only benefit Pakistan and China but other regional countries such as landlocked states of Central Asia. He added that these projects will also play an important role in bringing peace and stability in Afghanistan and on a regional level as well.
