Rawalpindi (TDI): General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Bahrain National Guard, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at General Headquarters (GHQ) on Wednesday.
According to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting focused on issues of mutual interest, regional security, and bilateral defense cooperation. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen military-to-military ties between Pakistan and Bahrain.
The visiting commander praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Army and recognized its contribution to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
In response, the COAS highlighted the long-standing relationship between the two countries and assured Bahrain of Pakistan’s continued support across all areas.
