Climate change is an ‘existential threat’, says Biden

New York City, 13 September 2021 (TDI): During his visit to New York and New Jersey’s hurricane-affected areas on September 7, US President Joe Biden reiterated his concerns regarding the climate change crisis. He stated that climate change poses an existential threat to lives and the countries’ economies, considering which sustainable measures must be executed.

During the press briefing at Queens, New York, President Biden greatly emphasized the ‘existential threat’ of climate crises facing the world especially America. He stated that the adverse effects of Climate Change are conspicuous and the world needs to pay immediate attention to its solution. With that, he reiterated America’s initiative of Building Back Better world by highlighting the importance of protecting the global environment.
