China works to augment research in SDGs

-

New York, 7 September 2021 (TDI): Chinese Mission to the United Nations (UN) forged an International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals. China has been proactive in the field of research and development for many years. With the establishment of this centre, China has laid down the stone to bolster international cooperation in order to achieve and implement the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
Moreover, big data analysis is taking place in the entire world to fathom the nuances of the research and comprehend the data holistically. In this purview, China’s step is indeed praiseworthy. The contribution of China in research and development (R&D) is privy to none, and China aims to compete with the global powers in R&D.
The Twitter handle of China’s Mission to UN presented gratitude to the President of China XiJinPing and Secretary-General of UN Antonio Guterres for their support in erecting the research centre.
