Rome: June 28, 2021 – (TDI):  Marc Garneau, Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, in Rome. Both foreign ministers have traveled to Rome, to attend the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, among other meetings. They discussed various topics in this meeting, such as humanitarian issues, refugee crisis, global and regional peace and security.
