Sofia, 26 August 2021 (TDI): Minister of Foreign affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Svetlana Stoev visited the city of Bolgrad, Ukraine. He was pleased and honored as a guest in Bolgrad, on the 200th anniversary of the city. The city is recognized as one of the main centers of the Bulgarian ethnic community in Ukraine.
FM Svetlan Stoev was pleased with the Bulgarian High Commission also and appreciated their efforts and work in Ukraine. He thanked Ukraine for the efforts which kept the city thriving and alive in the hearts of people and presented a good image of the country. The city is a link for the friendship between both countries and can play a suitable role to promote bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Ukraine.
