Washington (TDI): Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, who is currently in the United States to attend the annual meetings of the IMF and World Bank, was hosted at a dinner by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, D.C.
The gathering brought together members of the Pakistani diaspora, community leaders, and distinguished guests from various sectors of public life and politics across the United States.
Participants discussed Pakistan’s ongoing economic reform agenda, as well as the Government’s efforts to ensure stability, attract investment, and sustain economic growth.

Aurangzeb appreciated the valuable contributions of overseas Pakistanis to the national economy and highlighted the Government’s commitment to strengthening their engagement with Pakistan’s development journey.
