Hanoi, 30 June 2022 (TDI): The Pakistan Embassy in Vietnam organized an art exhibition named Maya by Pakistani artist Masooma Syed, at the industrial fine art university for three days.

This event was organized to commemorate Pakistan’s 75th year of independence and 50 years of friendship between Pakistan and Vietnam.
Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, Nguyen Truong Giang, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, Mr. Bui Trung Dung, attended the event.

Mr. Pham Hung Cuong, Rector of the University, members of the Diplomatic Corps, faculty members, and also, Mr. Pham Hung Cuong, Rector of the University of Industrial Fine Arts, stated during the opening ceremony that the display of works by artist Massoma Syed.
The discussion was on current Pakistani art events that bring the community together.
It is of tremendous significance, and it also provides a chance for Vietnam and its international allies to learn more about the lovely land and people of Pakistan, as well as the interaction of art and culture between Pakistan and Vietnam.
Lastly, the Rector of the University of Industrial Fine Arts conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the Embassy of Pakistan. He stated his optimism for future collaboration initiatives.
Samina Mehtab, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Vietnam
Samina Mehtab, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Vietnam, stated that the 50-year history of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Pakistan is one of kindness, camaraderie, and collaboration.
Over the years, the two nations have collaborated in many areas, including politics, economics, and also, people-to-people interactions.
She also stated her opinion that the outcomes of collaboration in the domains of politics, business, and tourism will strengthen bilateral ties.
As a result, the exhibition will help the people of Pakistan and Vietnam interact on a deeper level,” said Ambassador Samina Mehtab.
Masooma Syed also spoke after the opening event on contemporary art in Pakistan and its beauty.

Masooma Syed, an artist, voiced her conviction that in today’s diverse globe, art, literature, music, and other kinds of interchange Culture are the most fundamental necessity of the times, as well as a good means to connect people with others.
