Islamabad, 20 September 2021 (TDI): Glenn Beck, American television producer, and radio host, has lauded Prime Minister Imran Khan for his relentless efforts in conducting safe evacuation operations from Afghanistan.
In a letter sent to Prime Minister Imran Khan, along with a series of tweets, Glenn Beck said that they reached out to many world leaders but silence on their part was shocking. Compared to this, Prime Minister Imran Khan immediately lent help for the evacuation of people.
He said that other leaders put politics before humanity. Whereas, Prime Minister Imran Khan saved thousands of innocent lives irrespective of politics, religion, caste, or creed. He further added that because of his leadership and gracious efforts Taliban released three planes that carried thousands of civilians.
Glenn Beck said that Prime Minister Imran Khan should be appreciated for his humanitarian efforts. He also remarked that the U.S should acknowledge Pakistan’s assistance in this regard.
