Islamabad, 25 November 2021 (TDI): As a public diplomacy initiative, Diplomatic Insight Group organized the 4th Global Ambassadors Award Ceremony to acknowledge the services of Ambassadors and diplomats, heads of international organizations, and businessmen for the promotion of people-to-people contact and business, trade, and constructive bilateral relations with their respective states and missions.
As a result of outstanding contribution towards building Pakistan’s strong partnership with Romania, on behalf of the people of Pakistan, Diplomatic Insight Group conferred an award to Nicolae GOIA, Ambassador of Romania to Pakistan. This was a humble tribute to his hard work and commitment to Pakistan-Romania relations.
Keeping a diplomatic career of more than 40 years, Nicolae GOIA -Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Pakistan, is one of the well-accomplished diplomats serving for peace and harmony of the global society.

His tireless efforts to make Romania and its culture better understood in Pakistan are beyond appreciation. Having served Romania in various International Headquarters and in Yemen, Iran, Japan, United Arab Emirates, and now in Pakistan.
Ambassador Nicolae GOIA has also served as the Secretary of State in the Government of Romania and received the Faithful Service order twice by the President of Romania he speaks loud about his services and achievements as a diplomat.
Ambassador Nicolae GOIA has always been remembered as the promoter and propagator of cooperation between Romania and Pakistan, especially in the fields of economy, trade, politics, culture, education, and defense production.
Along with all this, he has worked to strengthen the political dialogue at significantly increased levels. Also, his efforts to enhance the cooperation between Romania and Pakistan within the international forums, especially the United Nations Organizations, cannot go unnoticed.
Lastly, it is worth mentioning that Ambassador Nicolae GOIA has worked to bolster the cultural, education, and sports ties between Romania and Pakistan and promoted business to business and people to people contacts.
