12th round of China-India Corps Commander Level Meeting

Beijing, 2 August 2021 (TDI): China and India completed the 12th session of the China-India Corps Commander Level Meeting today at the Indian side of the Moldo-Chushul border meeting point, the Chinese ministry of defense informed.

The high-level meeting focused on resolving the border issues between the two states. The ministry informed that two sides discussed and had in-depth conversations over enhancing and resolving the remaining areas related to the withdrawal along the Line of Actual Control in the West Border Sector.

In comparison to the 11th session of the meeting, this session was declared successful by both sides. China and India also agreed to continue dialogues to resolve the remaining issues between the two sides and vowed to extend significant steps to guarantee stability throughout the west border sector and to cooperatively preserve peace in areas along the Line of Control.
