President Zardari Congratulates Oman on National Day

Islamabad (TDI): On the occasion of Oman’s National Day, Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari extended warm greetings to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq and the people of the Sultanate of Oman.

In his message, the President highlighted Oman’s “remarkable progress and steady development under Sultan Haitham bin Tariq’s wise and visionary leadership.”

He emphasized the deep and time-honoured ties between Pakistan and Oman, noting that the relationship is firmly rooted in faith, culture, and a shared history of friendship and goodwill.

He said, “The vibrant Pakistani community in Oman forms an integral part of Oman’s national economy. I deeply appreciate the care and support extended to them by the Sultanate of Oman under leadership.”
