WHO provides assistance to injured in Kabul Airport Attack

Kabul, 28 August 2021 (TDI): A terrorist attack took place at Kabul Airport on 26 August 2021. This terrorist attack on Kabul Airport escalated the chaotic situation further.

During the Kabul attack, hundreds got injured and more than 180 died. World Health Organization (WHO) is working currently in Afghanistan to escort those who served their lives and to injure as well. Wazir Akbar Khan Hospital has used the aid provided by WHO. Trauma and medical supplies were utilized for the treatment of the injured. It was noted that more medical supplies are on the way to the hospital. WHO is very much active for a decade and currently working tirelessly for Afghan people.
