Islamabad: 7th July 2021 (TDI) National Consultative Workshop took place in Islamabad which was organized by Water Aid Pakistan.
There were notable personalities present at the workshop Senator Seemi Ezdi said, ‘I would like to urge our youth to play their part in creating awareness on groundwater management and water conservation ’. PTI lawmaker and Public policy expert Kanwal Shauzab highlighted that Pakistan is a water-stressed country that needs urgent action taken on its water-related issues and such workshops are important for water-focused policies. Siddiq Khan addressed the increase in water scarcity, combined pressure on water resources, and desertification processes’.
