Italy: June 27, 2021 – (TDI): The Secretary of the United States of America, Antony Blinken met the Executive Director for the UN World Food Programme, David Beasley, and the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization, Qu Dongyu. This meeting is aimed at enhancing collaboration with these Rome-based Food Security Agencies and their partner in the US. He aims to cooperate with these agencies in the sector of food security and also in the future UN Food Systems Summit.
