US donated vaccines to Rwanda


Washington, 22 August 2021 (TDI): The government of the United States of America donated 489,060 doses of COVID-19 vaccines to Rwanda in these difficult times. The donation reached Rwanda via the COVAX facility, Gavi, and African Union. These donations will help the people of Rwanda to defeat the pandemic. As of 20th August, Rwanda has registered 81,835 COVID 19 cases and 996 deaths, according to World Health Organization.
