Rahimyar Khan (TDI): President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Sunday expressed interest in collaborating with Pakistan in the mining, minerals, and agriculture sectors.
He made these remarks during a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Rahimyar Khan.
Sheikh Al Nahyan praised Pakistan’s economic stability under the leadership of PM Shehbaz and emphasized that the revitalized economy had created new opportunities for bilateral investment and collaboration.

His Highness also expressed keen interest in enhancing the longstanding partnership between the two countries through people-to-people connections and shared prosperity.
On the occasion, PM Shehbaz admired Sheikh Al Nahyan’s visionary leadership while highlighting the UAE’s crucial role in Pakistan’s development and investment.
He said Pakistan was willing to expand cooperation in the fields of renewable energy, technology, trade, infrastructure and skill development.

The premier also thanked the UAE for always standing with Pakistan during critical times, particularly in humanitarian assistance and development aid.
Both leaders agreed to work closely towards peace and progress in the region, vowing to work closely on matters of mutual interest.
