Ambassador Paçacı delivered a captivating lecture on Türkiye-Pakistan relations to the participants of the 118th National Management Course. During this visit, Ambassador Paçacı also paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Punjab, Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman.
