Ankara, 6 September 2021 (TDI): Turkey-Switzerland Bilateral Political Consultations is scheduled to be held on 7 September 2021. It would held under the leadership of Ambassador Mr. Faruk Kaymakci, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for European Union Affairs, and H.E Livia Leu, State Secretary at the Federal department of Foreign Affairs. During the consultations, the relations between Switzerland and Turkey will be reviewed, all aspects of bilateral cooperation will be discussed. Moreover, regional issues are also under the agenda of this political consultation.
Turkey and Switzerland hold strong relation and has signed many agreements in different sectors. Such political consultations are a part of routine meetings to review the bilateral agreements.
