London/Islamabad, 17 September 2021 (TDI): The UK has removed Pakistan from the Red list for travel. Earlier there was a ban on Pakistanis to travel from Pakistan to the UK. Kenya, Oman, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Maldives, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh are being moved out of the red list and into the ROW list.
British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Christian Turner confirmed the news via Twitter. He was delighted to announce that Pakistan is no longer on the UK’s Red List. He thanked many officials for their close collaboration.

It included Asad Umer, Faisal Sultan, Rana Muhammad Safdar, Ministry of National Health Services, and National Institute of Health. He expressed to continue working closely in order to safeguard public health in Pakistan and the UK.
