Moscow, 4 August 2021 (TDI): On Tuesday, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, spoke with Luis Arce, the President of Bolivia, over a phone call.
The conversation was initiated by the Bolivian President. Cooperation in the coronavirus response effort was highlighted by both parties. They also considered the arrangement to supply Bolivia with the Russian Sputnik V vaccination. Both sides expressed confidence in fostering relations between Russia and Bolivia, in a variety of sectors such as energy, commerce, economics, and humanitarian aid.
