Islamabad, 18 October 2021(TDI): The Swiss ambassador to Pakistan, Bénédict de Cerjat recently shared mesmerizing pictures of Pakistan’s scenic beauty. The Swiss Ambassador is touring northern areas of Pakistan these days.
The Swiss Ambassador began his tour by visiting Khanpur Lake and Mabali Island last weekend. Then he traveled to the northern areas of Pakistan by the Pakistan Air Force.
During his stay in northern areas, Ambassador de Cerjat enjoyed the old Petit Chamossaire chairlift and visited the ski resort of Naltar near Gilgit. He also toured across the Karakoram Highway and shared a fascinating journey. He was impressed by the pyramidal peaks of Momhil Sar and the Passu Sar, both exceeding 24,000 feet.
Pakistan has been ranked as The Best Holiday Destination for 2020 and was also declared the third-highest potential adventure destination in the world for the year 2020.
