Khartoum, 14 October 2021(TDI): Minister of Finance and Economic Planning of Sudan, Jibril Ibrahim met with Hamad Mohammed Humaid Al-Junaibi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to The Republic of Sudan.
The meeting was held at the office of the Finance Minister of Sudan in Khartoum, on Tuesday.
They discussed bilateral ties between Sudan and the UAE and exchanged views on how to activate and revitalize economic, technical and financial cooperation between Sudan and the UAE in economic, investment and humanitarian fields.

Finance Minister Jibril Ibrahim praised the UAE Embassy’s involvement in promoting initiatives aimed at improving the country’s security and stability. Moreover, Finance Minister also praised the advancing of development process to provide prosperity to the Sudanese people by UAE’s Embassy.
Ambassador Hamad Mohammed Humaid Al-Junaibi emphasized his country’s support for Sudan in all humanitarian, political, and development areas, in addition to providing help to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.
