Mogadishu, 15 September 2021(TDI): Director General of Ministry of Defence Somalia, Hassan M. Said Samantar and Acting Director of External Affairs Department of Ministry of Defence, Salad Said Ahmed called on the Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, Fei Shengchao at the Chinese Embassy in Mogadishu, Somalia.
Director-General of the Ministry of Defence thanked and commended the efforts of the Chinese Ambassador for the warm welcome at the embassy. Moreover, DG Hassan M. Said Samantar also appreciated the attache of the Embassy, Zhang Bolong for his efforts and assistance in the arrangement of the meeting.
The DG Ministry of Defence stated that to prosper and to develop, Somalia needs friends which are true and supportive for the development and recovery of Somalia and luckily, China is one of them.
