Hiroshima, 20 May 2023 (TDI): Today, Secretary of the United States (US) Antony J. Blinken held a productive meeting with Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hayashi Yoshimasa, on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Hiroshima.

The purpose of their meeting was to reaffirm the vital importance of the G7 and the ironclad US-Japan Alliance in promoting peace, security, and prosperity.
