Saudi Minister Foreign Affairs met the Director General of IAEA


Vienna: June 22, 2021- (TDI): The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan had a meeting with the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency( IAEA ) Rafael Grossi. The meeting was also attended by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Austria Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan. Minister of Foreign Affairs Faisal bin Farhan took to Twitter and shared the meeting details.

In this meeting, they discussed the developments in the Iranian nuclear program and the inspection of Iranian nuclear sites as well.

Both sides overviewed the significance of complying with the international atomic energy standards so that sustainable development worldwide can be achieved by increasing growth and progress. They also shared their thoughts on the developments in local and global areas.
