Rwanda’s Foreign Minister met with his Maltese Counterpart

New York, 23 September 2021 (TDI): Vincent Biruta, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, met with Evarist Bartolo, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Malta, to discuss political consultation and enhanced bilateral relations between the two nations.

Both parties conducted a sideline meeting at the United Nations General Assembly 76th session, where they signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the political consultation. Along with it, the foreign ministers also talked about the importance of aggrandized economic ties between these two countries.

Furthermore, the ministers also shed light on innovation and deepening multinational cooperation under Commonwealth and Organization Internationale de la Francophonie. The meeting concluded on good terms, and commitments were made for cooperation and growth.
