Rana Tanveer, Turkish Envoy Discuss Ties

Islamabad (TDI): Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Irfan Neziroglu met Federal Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain, on Thursday to discuss avenues for strengthening Pakistan-Turkiye relations and enhancing cooperation across various sectors.

During the meeting, Minister Hussain emphasized the deep-rooted and fraternal ties between the two countries, underscoring the importance of expanding trade volume.

He invited Turkish companies to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan’s emerging electric vehicle manufacturing sector.

Ambassador Neziroglu reaffirmed Turkiye’s commitment to bolstering bilateral relations and expressed interest in collaborative efforts to advance both agricultural and industrial cooperation.

Both sides agreed on the need for continued engagement to enhance mutual interests.

Pakistan-Turkiye Relations

Pakistan and Turkiye share a longstanding and multifaceted relationship rooted in historical, cultural, and religious ties.
