Islamabad (TDI): Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Mohsin Naqvi, has announced the resumption of the Pakistan Super League from this Saturday, May 17, 2025.
The League was disrupted and postponed by the escalating conflict between India and Pakistan, while the foreign players were sent back in a hurry via a charter flight, to ensure their safety, over the weekend.
Now that a ceasefire has been agreed upon between the two countries, PCB is set to resume the eight matches before the finale on May 25.
The decision was pending as the PCB was awaiting the response of the six franchises of the PSL, regarding foreign players’ participation in the remaining matches.
