Islamabad:5, July 2021-(TDI): As a part of Pakistan Naval Overseas Deployment, PakNavy Ship Zulfiqar visited Tunisia.Tunisian Navy Ship and Patrol boats of Tunisian Coast Guard, Defence Attaché of Pakistan and Officials of Tunisian Navy received Pakistan Navy Ship Zulfiqar upon its Arrival to Tunisia. Mission Commander Commodore Syed Rizwan Khalid along with Commanding Officer Pakistan Navy Ship Zulfiqar Captain Rao Ahmed Imran Anwar called on Commander National Coast guard Commander Jamal Aloui During their stay at the Tunisia port.Discussions on mutual matters were also held between the Pakistan navy and Officials of the Tunisian Navy.The role of the Pak navy in regional maritime security and peace was also appreciated by the Tunisian Navy.The mission commander also conveyed to the people of Tunisia, especially the Tunisian Navy and Coast Guard, the best wishes of Admiral Mohamed Amjad Hanyazi, Chief of the Naval Staff. Pakistan Navy Ship Zulfiqar’s visit to Tunisia will enhance corporations,diplomatic and also military relations between both the states.
