Islamabad (TDI): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic Morocco migrant boat accident in which at least 50 migrants, most of them Pakistanis, are feared dead.
According to a statement, the prime minister offered prayers for the deceased, including Pakistanis, and prayed for their eternal peace.

He also offered condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident.

PM Shehbaz has sought a detailed report on the incident.
The premier directed strict action against those involved in the heinous crime of human trafficking.

“No negligence in this matter will be tolerated under any circumstances,” he said.
The prime minister reiterated the government’s commitment to taking strong measures to combat human trafficking effectively.
