Washington, 26 August 2021 (TDI): Pentagon’s Press Secretary John Kirby confirms the death of several US servicemen in today’s attack on the Hamid Karzai International Airport.
The Pentagon released Kirby’s statement which also validated that some Afghan nationals also became the target of this complex attack. Those who are wounded are currently under medical treatment. The department offered its condolences to the victims and their loved ones who are either injured or affected by today’s attack.
