Ramallah, (TDI): Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has firmly rejected the recent proposals by United States President Donald Trump to reconstruct Gaza, reaffirming that Palestine’s land, history, and holy sites are not for sale.
In response to suggestions aimed at displacing Palestinians to neighboring countries like Jordan by President Trump, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas stressed that the rights of the Palestinian people are non-negotiable and cannot be used as a bargaining tool.

Furthermore, the President said Palestinians have made immense sacrifices in defense of their legitimate national rights, sovereignty, and independence, represented by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
The leadership aims that no part of Palestine, whether in Gaza, the West Bank, or East Jerusalem will ever be compromised at any stake.
The Presidency also warns against any forced attempts of displacements, similar to that of 1948 and 1967, Nakbah, making it clear that such actions will be countered, immediately.
While the U.S. continues to pursue unilateral and selfish policies, many voices from within America itself, along with international circles, have recognized the failure of these proposals and policies.
The Proposal came after U.S. President Donald Trump proposed a plan to evacuate the whole Gaza Strip and to re-establish Palestine. Furthermore, he also plans to create economic sectors in the Gaza Strip which will provide jobs too.
Countries like China, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland condemned the plan for Trump to take over Gaza.

Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) and Hamas also condemned the plans of US President Donald Trump and also mentioned that any action towards Gaza would be retaliated, immediately and effectively.
