New York, 2, 2024 (TDI): Ambassador Munir Akram launched a new, state-of-the-art website for the Pakistan Mission to the United Nations (UN).
Speaking on the occasion, the ambassador said that the user-friendly website would considerably enhance the Pakistan Mission’s ability to disseminate information about its work at the United Nations effectively.
He also thanked Ahmad Hashim, CEO of Cygnis Media, and his team for their hard work in developing the website free of charge.
Earlier, Hashim briefed the envoy on the website’s key features.
The new website, he said, sets a standard for diplomatic digital presence, prioritizing user experience with modern design principles. It also offers an intuitive interface that effortlessly integrates form and function.
It has several salient features, including multilingual website access and the provision of translation into more than 100 languages to promote global communication and understanding.
The website also maintains a comprehensive archive containing official statements and media releases, providing unprecedented access to historical diplomatic resources.
