Virginia, 13 September 2021 (TDI): Pakistani Community in the United States of America organized an Independence Mela at Bull Run Park Virginia.
In the event, the Pakistani-American community celebrated Pakistan’s culture and cuisine with zeal and zest. Cake with the Pakistani flag on it was cut by the honorable Chief Guest Pakistani Ambassador to USA Asad Majeed Khan. Pakistani people, music, food, and cultural decorations added up the beauty of the festival. Pakistani-American society wore white and green dresses to express their love and affection for their homeland Pakistan.
Esteemed Pakistani Journalist Iqarul Hassan also attended the festival and celebrated the Independence Mela with Pakistani Community.
Pakistan celebrates its Independence Day on the 14th of August every year. Pakistani people all around the world express their love for Pakistan by arranging events and festivals while engaging other communities as well.
