Pakistani Ambassador met Afghan Deputy Foreign Minister

June 15, 2021 (TDI): Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Kabul, Mansoor Ahmed Khan, met the Political Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mirwais Nab. They exchanged views about approaches to fortify affiliations and engagements between both countries and to promote bilateral cooperation in different fields.

Minister Mirwais, reaffirmed the need to enact upon the decisions made in the Ulema Conference, hosted by Saudi Arabia. Whereas, Ambassador Mansoor stressed the significance of stabilizing Afghanistan for regional stability. He shared that the Government of Pakistan believes in the significant role of the Government of Afghanistan in the progression of the Afghan Peace Process.
