Dubai (TDI): Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, Hussain Muhammad, officially inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion at the Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 exhibition, being held from November 4 to 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Trade & Investment Counsellor Ali Zeb Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan Business Council Dubai Shabbir Merchant, and representatives from various Pakistani companies participating in the event.
During his remarks, Consul General Hussain Muhammad highlighted the participation of 11 Pakistani exhibitors under the umbrella of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). Among the exhibitors, seven companies are showcasing products from the food packaging and processing sector, while four exhibitors are representing the food ingredients industry.
The participating companies are displaying a wide array of products and services, ranging from food ingredients, processing and packaging solutions, to printing, labelling, and supply chain technologies, all catering to the needs of the global food and beverage industry.

The Consul General emphasized that Gulfood Manufacturing, with over 2,500 exhibitors from across the world, is a premier platform for fostering innovation, sustainability, and technological advancements in the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
He noted that Dubai, as a global trade hub, provides an excellent opportunity for Pakistani businesses to connect with international buyers, explore new markets, and expand their exports.

In his address, Ali Zeb Khan, the Trade & Investment Counsellor, assured the exhibitors of the full support of the Commercial Section of the Consulate, which has facilitated their participation and aims to ensure their success at the event.
