Islamabad, 28 September 2021 (TDI): Khazar Farhadov, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, stated that the Pakistan Monument was illuminated with the Azerbaijani flag.
This act was done on 27 September, Commemoration Day of Azerbaijan. Also, the Ambassador thanked the brotherly nation, Pakistan for always supporting Azerbaijan. The Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, Bilal Hayee stated that illuminating flag shows Pakistan’s honor to the Shahids of Azerbaijan.
Pakistan established its diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan in 1992. Since then, both states have joined hands for cooperation in areas of trade, economy, and tourism. Moreover, there is hope for more elvated bilateral relations between Islamabad and Baku.
