Pakistan Grants Visas to 94 Indian Pilgrims

New Delhi (TDI): Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi has issued visas to 94 Indian pilgrims to participate in the 316th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Shiv Avtari Stguru Sant Shadaram Sahib, at Shadani Darbar Hayat Pitafi, Sindh from 5 to 15 January.

Pakistan’s Charge d’ Affaires in New Delhi, Saad Ahmad Warraich, wished the pilgrims a rewarding and fulfilling journey.

He said that Pakistan remains committed to preserving scared religious places as well as providing required facilitation to the visiting pilgrims.

The visas were issued under the Pakistan-India Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines established in 1974.

The Shadani Darbar is a sacred site for Hindu devotees, drawing pilgrims from India and across the world.

The temple is dedicated to Sant Shadaram Sahib, a revered spiritual leader, and has been a center of faith and devotion for over three centuries.

The annual birth anniversary celebrations are marked by religious rituals, prayers, and community gatherings, fostering cultural and spiritual exchange.
