Moscow (TDI): Federal Minister for Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan said on Thursday that Pakistan plans to increase its exports to Russia to over $4 billion in the next five years.
He made these remarks while addressing the Pakistan-Russia Trade and Investment Forum.
“In the next five years, Pakistan wants to increase its exports to Russia to $4.25 billion,” Aleem was quoted as saying by his ministry. “Pakistan’s target to increase exports will move ahead with a new plan of action.”
The three-day forum from October 1 to 3 helped bridge the gap between Pakistan and Russian business communities and strengthened investment ties between the two nations.
Led by Aleem Khan, Pakistan’s delegation comprised officials from more than 70 companies.
