ISLAMABAD (TDI): Pakistan’s Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with China’s CCDC to explore the potential of shale and tight gas resources in Pakistan.
The agreement was finalized during the 8th Silk Road International Expo for investment and trade, with Minister for Petroleum Dr. Musadik Malik overseeing the signing ceremony.

The MOU reflects the commitment of both nations to develop Pakistan’s indigenous energy resources, aiming to alleviate the country’s energy challenges.
