Beijing: June 29, 2021- (TDI): The China Global Television Network’s host Ms. Liu Xin interviewed Pakistan’s Prime Minister Mr.
Imran Khan on her show, via a video link.
Liu took upon Twitter and shared that she felt honored and pleasured in interviewing the Pakistani Prime Minister.
Imran Khan in the interview talked about China- Pakistan relations and praised China for always helping and standing for Pakistan in troubling times and situations. He further added that China is a friend who stands with Pakistan in difficult times, thus the people of China have a very special place in the hearts of the people of Pakistan.
In relevance to the changing regional dynamics, Imran Khan said, the western powers and the USA shouldn’t force Pakistan to take sides. The relations between China and Pakistan will remain strong despite any international pressure.
Imran Khan also talked about CPEC as the biggest economic opportunity and stage for Pakistan to deepen its ties with China. He further said that the support of China and Pakistan for each other at the international level cooperations has also deepened the political relations between both the states along with the economic ties.
