Muscat (TDI): Pakistan’s Ambassador to Oman, Syed Naveed Safdar Bokhari, welcomed members of the Bousher Bikers Club to a dinner reception in Muscat after their first motorbike tour to northern Pakistan.
The bikers traveled to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Hunza, places known for their rugged mountains, calm lakes, and varied culture.
While having dinner, the bikers thanked the Pakistani embassy and local authorities for supporting their journey smoothly and safely over a difficult landscape. They also shared how the locals treated them and made their experience even more memorable.

The Bousher Bikers Club is an adventurous club with a large membership based in Oman. The club was founded in 2015 and has already traveled to the Middle East and parts of the European continent, and the brotherhood among motorbike riders is very much alive.
The recent Pakistan trip is considered a significant move towards the strengthening of tourism relations between the two countries.
This trip also indicates a trend of increasing cross-cultural exchange between Pakistan and Oman, both countries seeking opportunity in tourism, sport, and youth exchange. There is also growing interest in involving women in these exchanges, indicating a broad trend toward more exclusive engagement.
Pakistan is slowly seeing an increase in foreign motorbike tourism, with bikers from Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East now developing an interest in its northern frontiers.
Bousher Bikers’ trip is yet another move towards familiarizing Pakistan’s natural landscapes and hospitality of the people with the world, and demonstrating that tourism and exploration can construct bridges much wider than diplomatic dialogue.
