  • Non-immigrant ED visas are available for single entry (3 months) to students enrolled in government or private educational institutions for training and for attending meetings with a government institution, private institution, or international organization.

  • Non-ED Plus Visa aims to facilitate international students studying at Thailand universities with a bachelor’s degree or above, providing an exemption from reentry permits, extension on stays, and extended stay for graduated students.

  • Non-immigrant Visa-Other is valid for travelers for an official from a Diplomatic Mission or International Organization, workers for a state enterprise, non-governmental organization, charity organization, or a family member of a Thai national or foreign worker staying in Thailand for a single entry (3 months).   • The Thailand Elite visa is a long-term visa allowing frequent visitors to live there for 5-20 years. This Visa is exclusively issued to Thailand Privilege members, who bestow enormous membership benefits. 
  • Thailand Smart Visa is designed for a highly skilled workforce, investors, and entrepreneurs with relevant education, work experience, and capital investment, bestowing up to four years of stay permissions and additional privileges.

Pakistani citizens can avail Thailand E-Visa services following simple steps online.

Thailand E-visa application process for Pakistan:

Applicants for Thailand e-visa must no longer submit their passports and supporting documents in person to the Royal Thai Consulate General/ Embassy. Instead, they can apply from their respective countries of residence and countries where e-visa services are available. 

The simplified steps for applying for the Thailand E-visa application process are listed below:

  1. Pakistani nationals interested in Thailand E-visa must submit their applications online through the E-visa platform. Click here to access the platform
  2. Applicants no longer need to present their original supporting documents, passports, and photographs in person at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad to obtain their Thailand e-visa. 
  3. All applicants must pay their visa fees in person at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad, located at Plots no. 1-20, Diplomatic Enclave-1, Sector G-5/4. 
  4. Applicants exempt from visa fees no longer need to visit the Embassy. After they submit the required information online, the system will automatically process and accept their application. 
  5. Once the fee is submitted, one must wait for the visa application process up to 5 working days, depending upon their nationality, submission timing, and discretion. 
  6. Once the e-visa application is approved for processing, the applicants receive a confirmation email that can be printed out for airlines and Thai immigration officials while traveling.

The Thailand E-Visa system is a tremendous leap in revitalizing the Thai tourism sector.
