Washington (TDI): President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to visit US to meet him.
He stated this while speaking to the journalists aboard Air Force One. The president said the meeting would take place soon without giving away the exact date.

The meeting comes amid the ongoing six-week-long Gaza ceasefire, which brought the 15-month-long Gaza war to a temporary halt.
On Monday, Trump said he wanted Egypt to take in Palestinians from Gaza, where much of the population has been displaced by Israeli airstrikes since the start of the war on Oct. 7, 2023.

Trump recalled he had helped the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi a lot, and hoped that he would return the favour by accepting Palestinian refugees. recalling his previous
